As I like to say, your real estate transaction should be all about you! The bottom line is I try to make each experience as much fun as it can be and as unique as you. Buying or selling a home is an amazing adventure and I am so glad I get to be alongside you as you are going through this life-changing experience.
I have been serving as a real estate agent since 1995, but actually my family’s background is in real estate so I was more or less raised in the industry. My family was helping clients when interest rates were in the double-digits!
Although I took a hiatus to work for two of Seattle’s top companies, Nordstrom and Microsoft, of course I came back to real estate. My experiences in the corporate world helped me develop a stronger skillset. At Nordstrom I worked in corporate marketing as the company expanded across the US. At Microsoft I had the opportunity to promote Microsoft Office and learn how to “launch” a product. My sellers and buyers get the benefit of the sales and marketing skills I continue to hone to this day. I’m grateful that Nordstrom taught me that the customer comes first; quality, trust and client satisfaction is priority. And, it’s really fun to deliver results!
I have lived in the Magnolia/Queen Anne area for 25+ years and have seen the changing face of Seattle neighborhoods first-hand. I know the local home market and how to effectively get results for my clients.
Integrity, market knowledge, accurate pricing, and strong negotiating skills are the assets my clients most appreciate. However, I also know that they love that I get to know their family and develop an innate understanding of their needs and goals. I love what I do and hope I get to help you!
